We understand that your pet is a cherished member of your family. We understand how deeply you and your family feel about honoring the joy they have given you. We have a separate facility just for our pet families which offers you privacy to memorialize your pet and to help healing to begin. We offer your pet a dignified farewell with the attention they and you deserve.

Burial

Whether you want to bury your pet’s body or cremated ashes, we can help you find a meaningful final resting place for them in a pet cemetery in your area.

      

Pet Cremation

 

There are many different types of cremation offered for pets. They are:

  • PRIVATE
    Individual — or private — cremation is a process where only one pet is present in the cremation chamber, similar to the process used for human cremations. After cremation, we remove your pet's cremated remains from the chamber and return them to you in an urn of your choice. Each pet is given its own identification number.

 

  • PARTITIONED
    While we don’t offer this option the difference is that in partitioned cremation your pet shares space in the cremation chamber with other pets. Because each pet is placed in a designated area and clearly identified with a stainless steel ID tag, they are able to ensure that you'll receive the cremated remains of only your pet. The cremated remains will be returned to you in an urn of your choice.

 

  • COMMUNAL
    While this is not an option we offer it allows pet owners who do not wish to keep their pet's cremated remains, but would still like to care for their pet's remains in a dignified and loving way. In a communal cremation, multiple pets are cremated. The cremated remains can then spread on private land or kept.

Cherished Pets Remembered Pet Crematorium ONLY offers private pet cremation. This offers you the assuring that the ashes you receive are your pet and your pet alone. Our individual pet identification system assigns our pet an identification number that is unique to them and follows them throughout the entire process. No two pets can ever have the same number.

 

Memorial Items

Memorial keepsakes are a special way to keep your pet’s memory alive in your heart. Prior to burial or cremation, we can create keepsakes for you to remember your pet for years to come. This includes ink paw prints, clay paw prints, or keepsakes that include locks of fur or feathers.
