William "Billy" Hathaway, Jr., Age 57 passed away on September 28, 2019. U.S. Navy Veteran serving in Beruit.

Beloved husband of Frances (nee Vazzana) Hathaway. Loving dad of Bobby (Stacy) Roberts and Jason (Brandi) Roberts. Dear papa of Marley, Gavin, Lillian, Brianna and Taylor. Dearest great-grandpa of Niko. Cherished son of the late Maureen (nee O'Rourke) and the late William Hathaway. Brother of Lori (John) Hardesty and Danny Hathaway. Brother-in-law of Sam, Steve, Peter and the late Frankie. Uncle of Amy and Sara. Member of Local 399 Operating Engineers.

Visitation, Tuesday, October 1, 2019, 3:00PM to 9:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.

Funeral, Wednesday, October 2, 2019, 8:45AM prayers to begin from the funeral home to Saint Patricia Church, 9040 S. 86th Avenue, Hickory Hills, Illinois for 9:30AM Mass. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or American Cancer Society are appreciated.

Frannie, I was so sorry to hear about Billy. He was always helpful whenever I had any questions and I enjoyed working together. He was a good person and will be missed. My condolences to you and your family. Love, Lori Hartman

I only knew Bill briefly from working as a contractor at Wrigley with him. However, it did not take a lot of time to know he was a great guy. My condolences to all friends, family, and loved ones of Bill. It was very sad to hear this, my thought and prayers are with you. He will be missed greatly.
