Lang Charles Sadauskas

July 7th, 2019

Lange Charles Sadauskas, Age 36, passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday, July 7, 2019.

Lang recently married his longtime love of 12 years, Shana (née McNeill) on November 10, 2018. He was born on August 15, 1982, in Chicago, IL to Lynn (née Nowacki) and LeRoy Sadauskas. Cherished son-in-law to Joanne (Phillip) Stevens and Thomas McNeill. Fond brother of Luke Sadauskas and brother-in-law to Thomas (Cassandra) McNeill. Dear nephew to many aunts and uncles. Beloved cousin, uncle, and friend to many. He proudly received his degree in sales management from Purdue University in December 2004. Lang will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a lover of animals, particularly his “daughter” Giselle, along with many other family pets throughout his life. He was a passionate Chicago Cubs and avid sports fan, as evidenced by his extensive collection of sports memorabilia, apparel and Christmas ornaments, to which he dedicated a (second) Christmas tree every year. From a young age, he was an unabashed fan of professional wrestling, his favorites being Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Shawn Michaels, and The Undertaker. A self-proclaimed movie aficionado, he could quote many by heart, his favorites being Halloween (also his favorite holiday) and Star Wars. He had a strong passion for other collectibles as well, including Christmas ornaments, action figures, vintage toys, and movie memorabilia. He will be forever remembered as a man with a quick-witted and wicked sense of humor, but most importantly, a generous heart, filled with unconditional love for his many family members and close friends.

It's shocking knowing that we won't be able to hear Lang's jokes anymore, or see him when we get together for dinners and BBQs. Lang has always been that amazing, one of a kind guy you always wanted around. Our deepest wishes for strength and healing for Shana and the family on this terrible loss and heartbreak.
