Kathleen M. Anderson, age 74, beloved wife of Roy Anderson of 51 years, passed away on May 16, 2019.

Devoted mother of 7; Roy (Marguerite) Anderson, Kristen (Chris) Doubek, Kerry (Mark) Nadal, Karla (Jeff) Budz, Katie (Jeff) Wheeler, John Anderson, and Karen (Dan) Rothert. Cherished grandmother to her “Sweet 16”; CJ Doubek, Madison Doubek, Danny Doubek, William Nadal, Ellery Nadal, Jeffrey Budz, Karlyn Budz, Jacob Budz, Justin Budz, Johnny Budz, Ben Wheeler, Joey Wheeler, Sean Anderson, Danny Rothert, Jack Rothert, and Kate Rothert. Loving sister of Betty (Frank) Manna and Linda (Mark) Graca Caring sister-in-law of Jeanne Heaney. Also survived many cousins, numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with raising a family Kathy was an active volunteer in her neighborhood and children’s’ schools.  She was a youth softball and volleyball coach. Biggest cheerleader to her children and grandchildren in all their endeavors. She was a Chicago sports fan who loved to coach from her chair in the kitchen.  She enjoyed taking trips to “the boats” with her husband.

Visitation, Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 3:00-9:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.

Funeral, Monday, May 20, 2019 9:00AM Prayers and procession to begin from the funeral home to Our Lady of Loretto Church, 8925 S. Kostner, Hometown, Illinois for Mass at 10:00AM.

Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Evergreen Park, Illinois.

Anderson Family, your Mom was the best and I can still hear her cheering at all the games. She will forever be your biggest cheerleader!! Please RIP Mrs. Anderson. You are all in my prayers.

Mrs. Anderson was a big part of our Kenneth Street memories. She will definitely be missed but we will forever have our great memories. Love to the entire family. Chris (May) Glatz

My prayers are with all of you at this time. I feel blessed to have cared for Kathy during her final days. She is and has been an angel all this time. I will look forward to see her sparkle in the sky!
