Charles J. Rohacik was born into this life on November 5, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois, and passed into the next on September 27th, 2019.

Survived by his mother Janice Bryan-Rohacik, father Charles J Rohacik SR. ret. CPD 022 (Bonnie Hatfield), brother William Rohacik and niece Isabella Rose Rohacik of Oklahoma City. Chuckie also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Godfather to sweet Fiona Murphy.

Chuckie had many friends that shared in his love of music and concerts. Chuck loved his work as a behavioral therapist, and cared a great deal for his clients.

Visitation, Friday, October 4, 2019, 3:00PM to 8:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.

Funeral, Saturday, October 5, 2019, 9:30AM Prayers to begin from the funeral home to Saint Bernadette Church, 9343 S. Francisco Ave., Evergreen Park, Illinois for 10:30AM Mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip, Illinois.
